These terms apply when you use trendingdigitalcards.com (“we”, “us”) to create personalised digital video invitations.

The service

You choose a design, upload your photos (up to 10) and enter your event details. We make a free watermarked preview. After payment, we provide a Full HD video file without watermark for your personal use, such as sharing with guests on WhatsApp and social media.

Your content

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo and name you upload.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes anyone’s rights. We may refuse or cancel such orders.
• You are responsible for checking spellings, dates and details in the preview before paying.

Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each design. Payment is made in advance via UPI. Please pay the exact amount shown on your order so it can be matched automatically.

Our designs

The designs, animations and artwork remain our property. You may use your finished video for your own event; you may not resell the video or the design.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
