Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because you see a free preview with your own details before paying, digital videos are generally non-refundable once delivered. We will always make it right if something goes wrong on our side:

• Paid but video not delivered within 24 hours: full refund on request.
• Technical fault in the delivered video (glitch, missing photo, wrong text versus your submitted details): we fix it free, or refund in full if we can’t.
• Paid twice or paid the wrong amount: the extra amount is refunded.
• Mistakes in details you entered: one free correction within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are sent to the same UPI account within 5–7 working days. Email us with your order link and UPI reference.
